Ken Starr
Kenneth Winston Starr is a practicing American lawyer best known for heading an investigation of Clinton administration members, where his initial remit was the Whitewater inquiry into Bill Clinton’s real estate investments. He has served as a United Sates circuit judge and as U.S. solicitor-general.
Ken Starr is also a visiting professor at New York University; and his publications include First Among Equals: The Supreme Court in American Life. Starr is a native Texan; and he achieved his Juris Doctorate from Duke University.
