Jim Moran
James Patrick Moran Jr. is a former U.S. Representative for Virginia’s 8th congressional district in Northern Virginia. Currently, James Moran holds a position as Senior Legislative Advisor at McDermott, Will, & Emery, advising clients on defense, government contracting, trade, foreign governments, economic development, renewable energy and technology.
Also, Jim Moran is Professor of Practice in the School of Public and International Affairs in the College of Architecture and Urban Studies at Virginia Tech. Moran is a strong supporter of free and fair trade, rated 72% by The CATO Institute Center for Trade Policy Studies in this regard.
